relaxing with the Ridens
Laura and I are still in Aruba and miss Callia a lot. My mom emailed us an update:
"Be assured she is happy & doing fine... eating me out of house & home!!! :) ha
Our schedule is rather relaxed & we are just going with the flow. I can't remember the last time I have just sat on the front swing 2 or 3 times a day, or in the grass in the shade for an hour or so at a time!!! She has been good for me too! We read a lot of books... rather we spend a lot of time reading some of the same books! She definately has her favorites ! In fact, one of them, is an A B C Farm book given to Chad in 1980 by Kevin & Carie Konsoer, but the pic are sooooo old you would think it was MY old book! It's really funny.
I showed Callia your pictures on the refrigerator & wall & now when we are in the highchair eating she looks over there & says, "Mama" in a matter of fact tone of voice!
